I had such a great experience with Helena. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment, and the treatment was tailored to what I needed. I left feeling much better and with a clearer understanding of what was going on with my body. Helena is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I booked a massage as I’ve been exercising a lot lately. She did an absolute incredible job!! My low back had been really painful and she worked on it and stretched it! As well as did full body massage which was lovely 10/10 highly recommend!
